Drift Wellness is a wellness app for mindfulness, focus, and sleep, made by Digital Park LLC. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to the Drift Wellness app and to this website.

Contact details. When you join our waitlist or contact us, we collect your name, your email address, and any invite code you enter.

Usage information. We collect basic analytics about how the app is used, such as which features you open and how long sessions last. This helps us understand what to improve.

Device information. We may collect your device model, operating system version, language, and crash reports.

Purchases. Payments are processed by the App Store or Google Play. We receive confirmation that a purchase was made, but we never see your payment card details.

The Check In feature uses your camera to estimate your rhythm from your fingertip and recommend a soundscape that matches your mood. Camera frames are processed on your device and are not stored, uploaded, or shared. Drift Wellness does not build a history of this data beyond your current session.

We use the information we collect to provide and improve Drift Wellness, to respond when you contact us, to let you know when the app launches or changes, and to meet legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information.

We share information only with service providers who help us run Drift Wellness, such as hosting, analytics, and email providers, and only as needed for them to do their work. We may also share information if the law requires it, or as part of a business transfer such as a merger or acquisition.

We keep personal information only as long as we need it for the purposes described here. You can ask us to delete your information at any time using the contact details below.

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect your information. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, so we cannot promise absolute security.

You can ask to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you. Depending on where you live, including the European Union, the United Kingdom, and California, you may have additional rights under local law. To exercise any right, contact us and we will respond within the time the law requires.

Drift Wellness is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
